Application Instructions
PRECAUTIONS
- Apply in temperatures between 10-30°C, 50-90°F.
- Apply in a closed, well ventilated indoor area with air humidity not exceeding 70%.
- Wear protective gloves.
- Use fresh applicators & microfiber towels for application of additional layers (do not use previously used towels).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 3 Microfiber Towels
- 2 Applicators
- Protective Gloves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash, polish and treat areas to be coated with Diamond Body Prep.
- Shake PRO 60 well for 15 seconds. Place 15 drops on an applicator and apply to 1-2 sections of the car in a crosshatch fashion. Wait 1-3 mins watching for a haze to appear, then gently buff the treated areas and buff off excess with a low-nap microfiber towel.
- Wait one hour and then apply a second coat repeating the process.
- Wait one hour and apply a coat of PRO HYDRO that will give the coating system its amazing hydrophobicity. If curing with IR lamps, do so prior to applying PRO HYDRO.
- Shake PRO HYDRO well for 15 seconds and then apply 15 drops on an applicator. Apply on 3-4 sections of the car in a crosshatch fashion.
- Wait up to 7-10 mins and buff off excess with a low-nap microfiber towel.
- Wait one hour and apply a second coat repeating the process (recommended, not required).
- Allow coating system to cure for 2 hours before using the vehicle.
